OUR STORY

5th Generation Family-Owned Business

Our story began in 1853 when Jens and Ane Anderson made the decision to immigrate from their native Denmark to rural Utah.

Our family became some of the first settlers of "Oak Creek", which is now called Oak City. Since 1868, our family has been farming in Oak City in one fashion or another. Our 2nd great-grandfather, Peter, eventually took the lead in helping the family farm eek out a meager living.

ABOUT OAK CREEK FAMILY FARM

Our family became some of the first settlers of "Oak Creek", which is now called Oak City. Since 1868, our family has been farming in Oak City in one fashion or another. Our 2nd great-grandfather, Peter, eventually took the lead in helping the family eek out a meager living. In addition to farming/ranching, Peter also operated a saw mill, managed a store, and owned a small mine.

Our farm produces alfalfa, field corn and various types of grain, including golden, hard white wheat. We know how important it is to have farm fresh wheat for your family.  Store it for another day, or grind and eat it right away. Whatever your needs, our wheat will exceed your expectations.

Ciabatta

100% NATURAL & GMO FREE

Farm fresh means straight from the field to YOUR table. The less processing, the better for you. We know you care what goes into your baked good. Fresh is best!
